Responsibilities Lead a team of internal and external FTES driving outcomes related to cash liquidity, past due reduction, and EBITDA cost minimization. Drive cash collection to meet targets for A2C and embed a cash mindset in all activities and regional partners. Support the A2C team to localize any global initiatives and drive local implementation. Manage aged receivables and drive achievement of EBITDA targets. Partner with A2C Regional Manager to establish strategy for Global Strategic Account business segmentation and collection strategies. Drive cross-functional sessions to eradicate root causes of customer issues or disputes. Provide guidance on resolving major customer payment issues. Manage the implementation and ongoing execution of leading practice cash collection processes. Facilitate decision making with local A2C stakeholders. Minimum Requirements Accounting background with practical experience in accounting operations. Strong understanding of cash collection metrics and improvement strategies. Experience with process improvement and results-driven initiatives. Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels. 7+ years relevant functional experience, ideally with accounting operations related to billing or collections. Experience working in a shared service environment and managing vendor relationships. Experience with enterprise customers and resolving key account issues.
