What you will do Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing feedback promptly. Oversee project financials, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring healthy account margins. Lead project teams, defining scope, objectives, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery. Implement best practices, improve processes, and remove delivery bottlenecks. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively. Coordinate team tasks, set deadlines, and foster collaboration. Conduct 1:1s, performance evaluations, and manage career development plans. Support recruitment efforts and team promotions. Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise. Continuously enhance project management processes and ensure successful outcomes. Must haves A minimum of 3 years of experience in project/delivery management. Experience as a delivery manager. Demonstrated experience in managing projects from start to end, including inceptions. Experience managing external clients. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Exceptional English level, communication and leadership skills. Experience with sales and pre-sales activities is a big plus. Nice to haves Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Computer Science or related field. Experience working cross-functionally with groups like Software Developers, Delivery/Project Managers, and Account Managers. Proven ability to prepare detailed proposals and manage pre-sales processes. High level of organization, planning, prioritization and attention to detail. Strong team orientation, maintain partnerships, collaborate and influence across multiple stakeholders.
