EXTERNAL SUPPORT (PRE-SALES, PROJECTS AND CUSTOMERS) - around 80% of the time Installation, configuration, and administration of the company's own software, ensuring its correct operation, optimization and security. Provide support and assistance to external customers in a timely, efficient, and professional manner ensuring customer satisfaction. Document and report errors, bugs, or requests for new features to the head office, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of problems. Provide comprehensive guidance on support, connection and/or connection support from company software to customer databases, ensuring reliable, secure and efficient access to information. Provide technology support service during demonstrations and meetings with prospects, ensuring a positive experience and a clear understanding of the company's software capabilities in technology and information security. You're used to work in English (level C1), you're curious and have got some French notions. You've successfully configured and installed on-premise and SaaS applications. Your strong knowledge in information security and practical experience in implementing effective security measures will distinguish you. With a strong sense of customer service, you know how to communicate and provide quality customer support, demonstrated through a strong track record of problem resolution and customer satisfaction. Liking working on a wide range of subjects, you have knowledge in: Databases (SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL), Administration and management of Windows and Linux servers, Office 365 and Windows on workstations, Cloud platform operation and management (Azure, AWS, GPT), Vendor management and IT procurement.
