Our client is seeking a Senior HR Operations Generalist to be a part of their Human Resources team, directly supporting their office in Bogotá, Colombia. You will work within a team of collaborative professional individuals who will be deeply invested in your development and growth. You will use technology, data, and relationship-building to create sustained solutions to HR challenges while continuously enhancing their offerings in alignment with their culture. You will play a pivotal role in the development of the newly established Colombia office. While part of the Human Resources team, you will also work closely with the Office Operations and Colombia Management Team to support the establishment of this office.

Manage the full employee life cycle for the Colombia HR operations, from onboarding to processing transfers, promotions, leave of absences, and terminations.Implement and administer health benefits, including assisting with enrollment, answering employee questions, and managing broker and vendor relationships.Develop and maintain the employee handbook, continuously improving company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable legislation.Draft and maintain employment agreements in accordance with relevant legislation.Deliver the company's employee performance programs to Colombia employees through performance review cycles, managing employee relations issues, performance management conversations, and disciplinary procedures.Support the interview process in coordination with the Recruiting team.Provide immigration and visa support as required by the Legal Department.Assist the Payroll Department as needed.Support the ongoing development and evolution of the Colombia HR strategy.Manage data in the HRIS system and maintain digital records of employees.Collaborate with the Colombia Management Team to execute employee initiatives.Organize team-building events and activities to encourage local and broader firm connectedness.Oversee day-to-day operations of coworking space, including managing the office budget and ensuring employee safety.Actively support the JEDI team's efforts to promote equity and inclusion in the Bogota office.Undertake other ad-hoc HR and Office Operations projects as needed.We Look For:5+ years of professional experience in Human Resources, Employment Law, or Compliance.Strong understanding of Colombian laws and legislation, especially in Bogota.Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in English (written, oral, and business comprehension at B2 level or above).Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral).Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Legal authorization to work in Colombia without requiring work permits or visa sponsorship.Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields, or equivalent experience.Benefits:Transparent and equitable salary.15 working days of vacation annually, 18 holidays, and 1 floating holiday.Paid sabbatical after 5 years of service for Principal levels and above.Paid parental leave.Excellent healthcare and wellness coverage.
