Responsibilities:
- Extensive experience promoting and working with test-driven development.
- Hands-on participation in design, coding, testing, and deploying systems.
- Mentoring and encouraging other developers.
- Experience with various backend microservices frameworks (Spring, Helidon).
- Experience working with frontend stacks such as Angular and/or React.
- Designing systems with an APIs first architectural approach.
- Experience working in and promoting a DevOps culture which drives continuous delivery.
- Demonstrable experience in promoting and continuous improvement of Agile SCRUM practice.
- Demonstrable experience improving existing architectures as business needs and tech stacks evolve.
- Experience working effectively with remote and internal development teams.
Experience:
- Proven hands-on Software Development experience, 7+ years.
- Proven experience in Java and Web development technologies, 5+ years.
- Profound insight of Java internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management etc).
- Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, Oracle, SQL and ORM technologies (Hibernate, iBatis).
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and popular JavaScript libraries.
- Working knowledge of REST frameworks.
- Experience with containers, and cloud operating environments (AWS, Azure, OCI).
- Experience with Maven, Git and GitHub.
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Confluence, Jira).
- Experience with Jasper Reports.
- Working knowledge of C programming in Unix/Linux environment.
- Experience with cloud native technologies.
- Experience in Supply Chain Logistics is a plus.
- Experience in development of Warehouse Management systems is a plus.
- Experience interfacing with autonomous control system is a plus.
