Senior Front End Engineer

We're on the lookout for a skilled Marketo Front End Developer to join our team.
If you have a strong foundation in HTML, CSS, Marketo, Velocity scripting, and JavaScript, and are passionate about developing responsive and modular email and landing page templates, we want to hear from you!
This position is for a 3-month contract.
Responsibilities - Develop responsive Marketo email and landing page templates.
- Optimize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for email content across platforms.
- Connect content to data extensions for personalization and dynamic capabilities.
- Ensure email design and layout are optimized and mobile-friendly.
- Identify and address UX/UI and accessibility concerns.
- Stay updated on email best practices including mobile-first functionality, accessibility, dark mode, etc.
- Adhere to privacy policies and anti-spam regulations.
- Leverage automation, dynamic content, and data-driven segmentation for customer engagement.
- Implement A/B and multivariant testing, tracking, and tagging.
Requirements - 5+ years in front-end web development and email template development.
- Expertise in current HTML, CSS, JavaScript standards, and modern browser APIs.
- Strong understanding of CSS in email templates and best coding practices.
- Proficient in email marketing technology, Marketo.
- Commitment to accessibility and current WCAG standards.
- Proficient with version control (git) and agile methodologies.
