What You Will Do The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for the following:
Evaluate and calculate costs for new products during their launch.Review, analyze, and cost the entire product portfolio during the annual budget process.Collaborate with production, procurement, and delivery teams to ensure accurate standard cost.Provide accurate data and perform detailed cost analyses to support financial decision-making.Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Focus on process improvement and standardization.Keep up to date on Supply Chain market trends and examine key indicators.Share business and financial best practices/procedures.Participate in other special projects as needed.Perform other duties assigned as needed.What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or Business Management.4-6 years of experience.Proficiency in spoken and written English (B2 level).Cost and Inventory accounting experience.Strong financial modeling skills.The ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.The ability to identify, recommend, and implement process improvements.Desired Qualifications: Experience with systems mainly SAP, Microsoft Office, and Business Intelligence Tools.Experience as a Finance or related business partner.Strong communication and presentation skills.Compliance background and experience.What's In It For You · Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time, Flexible Ways of Working & More!
