JOB PURPOSE To support the day-to-day administration and tier two support of our new D365 ERP and proprietary procurement platform.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS The primary indicator will be:
Administration performed so that both systems remain functionalSystem end users supported to ensure they can operate in alignment with standard operation processesSupport the business in developing the solutions aligned to product roadmapsSecondary indicators will include:
Accuracy of informationClear, concise communications internally & externally with 3rd party supportJOB DUTIES Provide second tier end user support for both platformsEnsure both systems remain functionalSupport tier one team members (day to day BAU and general knowledge share)Work closely with our internal transformation teamUnderstand operational processes and ensure these are championedLiaise with various subject matter experts regarding instruction and schedulingSKILLS AND EXPERIENCES Strong working knowledge of D365 FO systemKnowledge of financial principles is essentialProven track record of delivering successful system supportSQL knowledge is desirable but not essentialExceptional organisational skills and diligenceExceptional communication skills, as support will be delivered across multiple worldwide markets and to colleagues at all levels of seniority
