We are looking for a joyful teammate to join Edgewell Personal Care – a global consumer goods business with a portfolio of over 25 brands (Schick, Hawaiian Tropic, Banana Boat, Wet Ones, Cremo and recently acquired Billie… just to name a few!).
Let's Get Down To Business Reporting to the Finance Director, Latam, you will be responsible for the Forecasting, Reporting, Planning and Analysis using both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the company's P&L.
You will support in reviewing and consolidating month-end and quarter-end close activities, forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and ad hoc analysis and provide explanations about the figures leveraging on the local and regional leaders.
In addition, you will lead the OVH structure valuation along with Human Resources, supervise closing to identify variations and root causes.
Business partnering is important in this position as you will be required to work closely with Commercial and Marketing teams, through important understanding of financial statements with high communication ability and influencing the decisions to maximize company results.
This role has 1 direct report.

Show Us What You've Got We are looking for the following skills and experience: Degree/ qualifications in relevant finance/accounting/business or similar Minimum 8 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, and/or Financial Controlling Strong financial & commercial analysis background, ideally within Consumer Goods/FMCG Experience in Profit & Loss (P&L) management Solid understanding of reporting, budgeting, and forecasting techniques Exposure to Latam markets Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Visio, SAP, Hyperion.
Easy adaptation to new technology.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) verbal and written.
