Detecting customer needs that can translate into business opportunities, aligning with Revenue so that the proposal is sent to the client.Responsibilities:Ensures that GCD plans and initiatives are carried out within their team, aligned with the area manager.Possesses leadership competencies, performance evaluation, and people management.
Manages resources (ensures that resources are invested appropriately).
Defines which clients the executives handle.
Service agreements (Defined service plans - Service models).
Uses and manages them.
Neither over nor under service.Monitors customer satisfaction indicators.Reviews indicators and ensures they are adequate, generating alerts and defining corresponding action plans.Responsible for attending account monitoring committees.
