Handles a wide range of administrative support-related tasks involving the administrative and clerical function. Responsible for the management of schedules and preparation of information. Handles confidential information and communications. Complete understanding of the company's operation and procedures is required. Uses discretion and judgment and knowledge of the organization to facilitate the executive's activities. Responsibilities Travel Management: Arrange flights, hotels, transportation through BCD Travel Arrange the country's visa through an agent in Houston (relatively rare activity) Expense: Compile receipts and send them through the Oracle Expense system Daily Management: Schedule internal (frequent) meetings Schedule external meetings (less frequent) General Administration: Maintain sales leadership organizational charts Collect document entries such as monthly board reports Minimum Requirements: High School diploma. Experience varies widely based on education, but usually requires 3+ years of relevant experience. The position is recognized for having a depth and breadth of specialized experience in a specific area.
