We are looking for a passionate Senior Engineering Manager - Casino, responsible for driving the delivery of features that will shape the future of our casino business. Your primary focus will be to manage the daily activities and priorities of the area, keeping the focus on long- and short-term goals, while ensuring that the team operates smoothly and cooperates closely with other RSI teams. What will you do: Work with Stakeholders Align on vision and long-term goals for the area with stakeholders Collaborate with stakeholders on priorities and delivery status Identify and communicate potential project risks and determine mitigation strategies Advocate for resources for the area where needed Drive High Quality Delivery Culture Define priorities for the Engineering teams in their area between feature delivery, technical initiatives, production incident resolution, or any other initiative Ensure Engineering teams complete defined planning and execution processes for delivery Ensure teams are taking a mobile-first approach to feature delivery Drive and monitor technical excellence within the area People Management Set goals for Engineering Managers and hold them accountable for completion Mentor and develop Engineering Managers to run a team and deliver independently Set goals for Staff engineers and hold them accountable for completion Complete formal performance assessments for direct reports Engineering Leadership Propose and drive strategic engineering initiatives, helping stakeholders understand their value and need both individually and in conjunction with other senior leaders All About You: Skills/Experience: Experience within the online casino environment 5+ years experience in: Secure Software Delivery Lifecycle Management with a proven track record of feature delivery Use of Jira and Confluence to support feature delivery tracking Direct people management of software engineers Attributes: Excellent problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment showing flexibility and adaptability in dynamic circumstances Strong analytical skills Provide strong leadership to engineering managers and teams, guiding them in prioritizing initiatives, setting clear goals, driving results and providing mentorship, ensuring the professional growth of the team members.
