Talented Project Managers, passionate about technological solutions; strong communicators who are comfortable working with different teams and have excellent organization and time management skills. We're looking for creative people, who think outside the box and strive to learn new things and share knowledge with their teammates; in one sentence, people who lead by example. Requirements: Bachelors in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related experience. ServiceNow Sys Admin Certification - Desired. SCRUM Master or PMP Certifications are a BIG plus. Experience with Agile Methodologies is strongly preferred. 5+ years of experience working in Project Management, ideally for large ITSM implementations. PM experience with application development projects. Experience in the calculation and management of KPIs. Experience working as a direct point of contact with external, English-speaking clients. Experience working in bilingual environments. Able to take control of the project independently. Able to speak up and bring ideas and opinions to clients when needed. Very proactive.
