They have a global team and are currently interested in hiring someone based in Colombia, Brazil, or Ecuador Our Proposal: Our client is looking for a Senior Endpoint Engineer with extensive IT and Managed Service Provider (MSP) experience to help develop and enhance their endpoint and security automation products.
Responsibilities: Develop Patching Solutions Build, improve, and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate the security and management of Windows, Mac, and Linux endpoints, ensuring customer environments stay secure and up to date.
Investigate customer needs and security vulnerabilities to create effective patching and automation solutions .
Establish internal standards and templates to drive efficiency, creating and maintaining clear documentation for internal teams and clients.
Work closely with automation and QA engineers to ensure proper test coverage and high product quality.
Must-have Requirements: 6+ years of experience managing, configuring, automating, and deploying software to Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems.
? 6+ years of experience scripting in PowerShell.
Experience in software packaging and scripting software installers.
? Experience managing endpoints.
Experience with source control, interacting with REST APIs, and working with structured data.
Background in automation—testing and automating processes.
? Experience with third-party patching using tools like SCCM, Ivanti, and Kace.
Experience with the challenges IT teams face in security and software vulnerability management.
Technical experience across the entire IT infrastructure managed services stack.
Bonus points: Experience with the Pester Test Framework.
