This person will coordinate all of the activities defined to increase engagement and decrease attrition.
The ideal candidate will be someone with a high attitude for learning, strong passion for new challenges, emotional intelligence, and a sense of teamwork.
As Senior Employee Experience Analyst, You Will…Carry out all of the activities defined within the program on a global and local scale.Follow up on all purchases and compare vs the budget.Be in charge of expense processing for the area (petit cash, corporate credit cards, down payments, etc.).Manage the budget to guarantee the execution of all proposed activities.Provide leadership for virtual and onsite activities.Purchase and manage the prize inventory.Oversee exit interviews, analyze results, and define action plans.Elaborate Purchase Orders.Support campus and virtual activities on Saturdays and one Sunday per month.As Senior Employee Experience Analyst, You Have…University and/or College Diploma in Business Administration or Communications.A combination of work experience and education will be considered.Minimum 1+ years of experience in working with teams, leading events, and communications.Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Canva.Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Spanish).Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision.Strong analytical skills.Highly motivated and eager personality.Attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.Ability to organize and deliver tasks with accuracy and timeliness.
