Product, Program, and Project Management (Non-Technical) As the Senior Director of Benefits in the Consumer Products for Latin America and Caribbean (LAC), you will be responsible for leading and managing Visa's benefits across the region. This role requires a deep understanding of P&L drivers, holistic benefits and customer experience (UX/CX), as well as managing third-party vendors and operations. This position will work closely with global, market-based product teams and enablement organizations across the organization to transform and develop the right set of benefits for the products and standalone across the region. Responsibilities: Lead and manage Visa's benefits for Consumer Products, new benefits development, enablement, solutions delivery in the Latin America and Caribbean region. Monitor benefits performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to drive product and benefits overall growth. Manage and negotiate with third-party vendors, constantly improving CX and UX. Setup and manage operations related to benefits, ensuring highest levels of excellence in execution. Drive new projects to transform the positioning, usage, and value of our consumer card products and the LAC benefits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure benefits are launched successfully and perform optimally. Optimize costs, maximizing customer value and developing third-party vendors. Prove a digital-first mindset to identify and bring to life fit-for-purpose solutions that leverage innovation leadership, Visa platforms, and services. Work effectively across matrixed organizations, define and articulate benefit requirements, develop and champion changes to rules, policies, and programs to align Visa client needs with the successful ongoing growth of the network. Leverage technology and Visa capabilities, data, market research, and partnership options to develop, refine, and execute Visa's LAC benefits. Engage closely with local, regional, and global teams to influence development and roadmap of solutions for the region, and support execution at market level. Exhibit leadership behaviors as an advocate of Visa's solutions and initiatives in the industry, including preparation and delivery of 'the Visa narrative' at forums, conferences, and customer events. Play a major role in driving commercialization outcomes, including specific client-facing engagements in partnership with market Solutions teams. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Minimum Requirements: More than 10 years of relevant experience including a minimum of 3 years' experience in the payments industry, benefits, financial services, and/or previous strategy functional experience in a global organization. Bachelor's Degree. MBA from a top-tier institution or equivalent degree is preferred. Experience in developing new benefits as well as managing travel, insurance, and/or lifestyle benefits across different segments of the population, particularly within the financial services or credit card industry. Strong data-driven approach, attention to detail, and track record of transformation/change agent. Experience in developing or launching new digital assets as well as managing digital engagement, UX, and CX transformation, with a high sense of customer experience and customer focus. Experience leading difficult deal negotiations and managing third-party vendors, maximizing value to the organization. Track record managing partnerships such as lounge operators, insurance companies, and other benefit providers. Ability to structure and manage complex cross-enterprise projects and processes with multiple stakeholders. Ability to prioritize deliverables and projects to meet OKRs and timelines efficiently, utilizing agile methodology by quickly delivering value, adapting to changes in priorities, and structuring and managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor, ability to develop presentations with strong data insights. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence and build credibility as a peer with functional and regional leaders within Visa. Team-oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible. Experience managing a diverse team with positive records. Proactive and effective communicator. Experienced at presenting information to all levels, with the ability to facilitate group discussions and debate and proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across geographic and functional lines.
