Job Description As a Senior Digital Marketer, you'll spearhead our client's digital marketing initiatives across Social Media, Content Creation and Newsletter Marketing. Responsibilities : Social Media Strategy : Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and Google My Business. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and adjust strategies based on data insights. Content Creation : Create engaging and visually appealing content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and copy, in collaboration with the design team. Craft compelling narratives that resonate with the target audience and align with brand voice. Website Project Management : Lead the planning and execution of website projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and internal objectives. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Coordinate with designers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Ensure best practices are followed in web design and development, leveraging knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Conduct final project reviews to ensure quality and gather client feedback post-launch. Community Engagement : Actively engage with followers by responding to comments and messages, fostering a positive online community. Build and maintain relationships with influencers and brand advocates to amplify reach. Newsletter and Email Marketing : Design, write, and schedule newsletters using tools such as Mailchimp or MailerLite. Segment email lists effectively to target specific audiences and analyze performance metrics to enhance open and click-through rates. Reporting and Strategy : Generate regular reports on social media, website project performance, and newsletter effectiveness, presenting actionable insights to stakeholders. Use data to inform future strategies and improve engagement across platforms and projects. Requirements : 2+ years of experience in social media management, website project management, and newsletter marketing. Proficiency in a variety of tools and platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Google My Business, Mailchimp, Basecamp, or a demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies. Experience managing website projects, with a strong knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, and WooCommerce. Proficiency in using ChatGPT or similar AI tools for content creation and ideation. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a creative and detail-oriented mindset. Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. A passion for storytelling, brand building, and staying current with trends in social media and web development.
