We are an agency dedicated to partnering with leading brands in health and wellness, ready to explore innovative and high-performance marketing strategies. We are currently seeking a Senior Digital Analyst to develop, build, implement, and manage client reporting, tracking, and data structure to help them understand data trends and progress towards their goals. In this role, you will create and edit analytical dashboards, leveraging the insights within to provide clarity on marketing performance to our clients under the guidance of the Director of Marketing Analytics. You will work independently to analyze requests in support of our paid media, PPC, and SEO teams, collaborating closely with delivery teams and clients on campaign and website measurement activities. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationships: Serve as the analytical point of contact for 1-3 clients, advising on direction and developing a roadmap for potential analytical support offerings. Reporting: Extract data and metrics to assist the media team in compiling client reports. Create clear and concise slides that fit into the broader narrative of the presentation. Analysis/Insights: Be comfortable answering questions about the data you've gathered and provide analysis on what the numbers mean, aiming to drive fundamental improvements in site experiences that lead to increased conversion rates. Website Tagging: Create, edit, and manage tags through Google Tag Manager to assist with data capture. Provide clients with recommendations on tagging strategies. Conversion Tagging: Collaborate with the media team to ensure conversion tracking aligns with campaign objectives. Create and test goals, triggers, variables, and events in GTM. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2-5 years of experience in Marketing Analytics. Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools such as Looker, Power BI, etc. Basic knowledge of Google Analytics 4 and tag management systems (preferably GTM). Familiarity with performance media platforms: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, etc. Action-oriented with a proven ability to generate actionable insights from data. Motivated and capable of working independently. Comfortable presenting work in a group setting.
