We are looking for a Senior Designer developer to join our team.
Responsibilities: Lead the creation of innovative design concepts that align with project goals and brand identity.
Oversee design projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgets.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, to ensure cohesive design solutions.
Provide guidance and support to junior designers, fostering skill development and creative growth within the team.
Review and critique design work, ensuring high standards of quality and consistency across all deliverables.
Requirements : Minimum of 5 years in a design role, preferably in a related industry (e.g., graphic design, UX/UI, product design).
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar tools.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design projects and a clear understanding of design principles and trends.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting ideas and collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to approach design challenges creatively and effectively.
Upper-intermediate written and spoken English.
