We create award-winning custom software solutions that help companies across 15+ industries change the lives of millions.If you like a challenging environment where you're working with the best and are encouraged to learn and experiment every day, there's no better place - guaranteed! :)What you will doServe as the main point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing feedback promptly;Oversee project financials, including budgets, expenses, and profitability, ensuring healthy account margins;Lead project teams, defining scope, and objectives, and ensuring timely, on-budget delivery;Implement best practices, improve processes, and remove delivery bottlenecks;Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues proactively;Coordinate team tasks, set deadlines, and foster collaboration;Conduct 1:1s, and performance evaluations, and manage career development plans;Support recruitment efforts and team promotions;Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving issues as they arise;Continuously enhance project management processes and ensure successful outcomes.
