We're looking for a dedicated Analytics Engineer to join our team and play a key role in building data pipelines, running in-depth analysis, and developing insightful dashboards that drive impact for our clients. Role Overview: As an Analytics Engineer, you'll design and build efficient, scalable ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to centralize and transform client data. You will create custom Python and SQL scripts to analyze data and generate insights, and build engaging, actionable dashboards in Looker, Tableau, and Power BI. This is a hands-on, full-time role where you'll work closely with data strategists and client-facing teams to deliver high-quality, data-driven recommendations. Responsibilities: ETL Pipeline Development : Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines that support data ingestion, transformation, and loading of large datasets from various sources. Data Analysis & Scripting : Write Python and SQL scripts to perform custom data analysis, data cleaning, and data validation, ensuring the accuracy and quality of all data outputs. Dashboard Development : Build dynamic, insightful dashboards in Looker, Tableau, and Power BI to help clients make informed decisions. Work with clients to customize visualizations based on their specific needs and KPIs. Collaboration : Partner with data strategists, engineers, and client-facing teams to align on requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality, actionable insights. Data Quality Assurance : Continuously monitor data pipelines and dashboards to identify issues, optimize performance, and ensure the accuracy and reliability of data reporting. Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for ETL processes, data transformation workflows, and dashboard configurations to ensure transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team. Qualifications: Experience : 3+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a related role with hands-on ETL pipeline development. Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with ETL tools. Strong ability to write complex queries and optimize for performance. BI Tools : Expertise in at least one BI tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI) with experience in dashboard development and customization. Analytical Mindset : Ability to understand client requirements, translate them into data solutions, and provide actionable insights. Detail-Oriented : Excellent attention to detail with a focus on data quality, accuracy, and reliability. Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a consulting or agency environment, managing multiple clients and projects. Familiarity with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery). Experience with data transformation tools (e.g., dbt, Apache Airflow). Why Join Us?
