Here are the challenges that our next warrior will face and the requirements we look for: Position Title: Senior Business Systems Admin Location: Hybrid - Medellin, Bogota, Bucaramanga, Cartagena or Barranquilla. What you will be doing: As part of a dedicated agile team, this senior position centers on designing, building, and maintaining the insurance technology ecosystem. The individual will work cross-functionally to refine user requirements, deliver support across the Customer Journey spectrum—encompassing SFDC, Claims System, Telephony, and more—and ensure the seamless deployment of innovative solutions. This position promises engagement with complex challenges, emphasizing security protocol management and contributing to system documentation. The role is crucial to ensuring organizational excellence, and it entails both collaborative and independent problem-solving, making it a key influencer in driving success. Manage platform security protocols, including roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets, and license assignments. Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical specifications, and process mapping. Analyze and assess the impact of new user requirements on the Customer Journey and associated systems and processes. Design robust solutions for business challenges using platform automation and system functionalities. Execute regular system audits to maintain database integrity and ensure data accuracy across platforms. Prioritize and manage a variety of projects and support tickets across multiple systems effectively. Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, providing timely real-time troubleshooting and support. Train and coach business units to enhance their knowledge and skills in system usage and processes. Assist in data analysis and preparation in alignment with user stories and system updates. Required Skills & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. 3-5 years of experience with Claims System Technology (preferably Origami). Proven experience in CRM, Telephony, and Claims system application integration; knowledge of SMS and email cadencing technology. Ability to diagnose and resolve API interactions in real-time; experience with Postman. Intermediate SQL skills for writing and interpreting basic queries, particularly with MongoDB. Proficient in using documentation tools such as Confluence and monitoring tools like Datadog. Experience with Jira for logging and issue tracking. Familiarity with REST API and JSON for debugging API calls. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel. Soft Skills: The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely across teams, ensuring efficient collaboration and project success. Adaptability and willingness to learn and integrate new technologies and methodologies, vital for navigating the dynamic nature of fintech and payment solutions. Strong problem-solving skills, crucial for diagnosing and quickly resolving technical issues, maintaining product quality and customer satisfaction. Team collaboration skills, necessary for working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to create a seamless user experience.
