Scope
- Full-time role : Monday to Friday from 9AM to 6PM Pacific Time (1 : 00 AM to 10 : 00 AM Manila Time)
- Focus on companies based in the USA
- No specified industries or technologies
- Use existing database of prospects
Responsibilities :
- Develop end-to-end client staffing solutions and oversee account management.
- Build and nurture relationships to generate additional revenue through new prospects.
- Drive customer acquisition and expansion, leading both business development activities and account management efforts by collaborating effectively with recruiting teams.
- Foster strong relationships with clients' hiring managers, understanding their business and needs to ensure expectations are met.
- Take ownership of client relationships, managing the entire sales cycle and exploring opportunities to expand scope and services.
- Establish relationships with consultants on client assignments, monitoring engagement, and gaining a deeper understanding of client needs.
Qualifications :
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record in prospecting, establishing, and maintaining profitable account relationships within the services industry.
- Possess an established book of business.
- Ability to overcome objections, identify buying signals, and successfully close deals.
- Previous experience in staffing sales with corporations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
- Proven experience positioning and selling staffing solutions to new customers and market segments.
