Job Description We are looking for Business Analyst who will help us bridge a knowledge gap we currently have between our development teams and our client.
Those could be defined in multiple groups:Understanding and verifying business requirements for release configuration.
For each of our project, before it's released to production, we need to understand specific settings which we need to set.
Those settings can however affect broader organization which client may not be aware of.
We need to analyze those and discuss with client if needed, how exactly our release settings should look like.Documenting business processes.
Current documentation of client processes is not always sufficiently detailed to be used by our development needs.
Our goals is to capture specific details to be able to onboard new teams more effectively and prevent repeating errors from hapenning.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate stakeholder requirement sessions for understanding business needs.Translate business needs into task definitions which can be picked up by our teams.Help discover, document and monitor client business processes.QualificationsStrong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and team collaborationProficient in media and marketing data with a solid grasp of digital journey support for marketing initiativesHands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as CDP, CRM, and Analytics toolsFamiliarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)Salesforce Health CloudSalesforce.comSFDC Data loaderUnderstanding of the main components in a marketing technology stack (e.g., CDP, marketing automation, CRM hub, various data types like media, social, web, etc.
)Proficiency in Agile delivery methodsExpertise in use case modellingCompetence in working with relational databases and basic SQL commandsFamiliarity with fundamentals as they relate to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset.
