We Move People, and People Move Us! Job Description We are looking for a Business Analyst who will help us bridge a knowledge gap we currently have between our development teams and our client. Responsibilities include: Responsibilities Facilitate stakeholder requirement sessions for understanding business needs. Translate business needs into task definitions which can be picked up by our teams. Help discover, document and monitor client business processes. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and team collaboration. Proficient in media and marketing data with a solid grasp of digital journey support for marketing initiatives. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as CDP, CRM, and Analytics tools. Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support. Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Salesforce Health Cloud Salesforce.com SFDC Data loader Understanding of the main components in a marketing technology stack (e.g., CDP, marketing automation, CRM hub, various data types like media, social, web, etc.). Competence in working with relational databases and basic SQL commands. Familiarity with fundamentals as they relate to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset.
