Your Experience: 7+ years in software development with demonstrated experience with a range of backend technologies.
5+ Proficiency in Ruby.
Strong background in a startup environment building web applications.

Strong communicator, able to articulate ideas and collaborate effectively, avoiding ambiguities and misunderstandings.
Must Haves: C2 Level English Required.
Experience with ML/AI feature development.
Experience working remotely, and an understanding of best practices that foster productivity and collaboration in a fully remote setting.
2+ years Experience working in startups.
Building SaaS applications.
What You'll Do: Design and implement elegant user-centric solutions alongside PMs and designers.
Work with autonomy on large projects critical to our roadmap, aiming for simplicity and effectiveness.
Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
Contribute to defining our coding standards and best practices, and help to evolve our technical architecture.
Enhance the performance, reliability and security of our systems.
