About the role This is a remote consulting position (contract) for 6 months - 12 months. Role scope Develop novel algorithms and models to solve complex problems at the intersection of audio, acoustics, and data science. Improve, verify, and debug audio features. Contribute to developing a codebase with well-tested, production-ready code. Requirements for the role Master's, PhD, or advanced training in applied mathematics, engineering, computer science, or related fields. 5+ years of experience developing and implementing machine learning models and algorithms. 3+ years of experience with aspects of acoustics, sound, and audio signals. Experience applying deep learning to audio signal processing. Experience with noise and echo suppression. Experience with speech enhancement. Familiarity with audio source separation. Experience with Short Term Fourier Transforms applications. Experience with the implementation of Auto-Filtering and Wiener Filtering. Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as Tensorflow and Pytorch. Highly competent in algorithms and programming; strong coding skills in C/C++ or Python.
