Position Summary: We are looking Senior Associate - Support Admin who understands and can provide end-to-end support by resolving complex issues quickly and efficiently. This role will provide appropriate support to different stakeholders, by guaranteeing an exceptional experience and solution to any issue that may arise. Responsibilities: Provide "above and beyond" customer service in all interactions with customers and stakeholders, and think creatively about ways to optimize each experience. Troubleshoot questions, issues, or complaints quickly and efficiently. Receive and analyze customer complaints or concerns to determine their root cause.
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve customer issues Serve as a mediator between customers and different departments within the organization. Master our internal tools to efficiently and effectively help our different stakeholders. Required Skills/Abilities: Advanced near-native English proficiency Solid oral and written communication skills Experience working with Jira (preferred) Experience dealing with different stakeholders Advanced organizational planning skills Sound analytical and problem-solving skills Able to multitask under pressure Technically proficient. Self-reliant and adaptable An approachable style with a personal touch Able to work an assigned schedule that falls within our operating hours and flexibility around weekends and holidays.
