Senior Associate Salesforce Developer Job Description: Provide high quality code solutions to meet client needs in the implementation, enhancement and support of ecommerce platforms; Responsible for understanding requirements, reading tasks, following estimates, and developing code/configuration for assigned projects; Follow the development process and adhere to the standard development policies and procedures using best practices; Contribute to the rest of the team and help share knowledge of both platforms; Work closely with the technical lead to understand the business needs and objectives, using knowledge of the B2C & B2B platforms; Involved in sprint planning meetings, project scrum meetings, and retrospective meeting. Qualifications: Must have experience with the following in order to complete the above-mentioned tasks: Experience with Commerce B2C Platform; Experience with Commerce B2B Platform; Experience using CSS & SCSS, JavaScript, jQuery, BackboneJS, Handlebars and other front end development languages; Experience using JS Controllers, Demandware Script, ISML Templates, Visual Force, Real time data exchange using Web services; Solid understanding of how to integrate to 3rd party code and external systems; Experience with Object Oriented Programming (Apex or Java), JSON, XML, Salesforce Administration (Sharing Rules, Process Builder, and Object Relationships); Demonstrated ability to understand the overall scope of the project and complete tasks in a timely fashion; Experience collaborating and communicating with a diverse set of people across groups and organizational levels; Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize multiple objectives in a rapidly changing environment, and ensure delivery of quality products; Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field, and at least three (3) years of experience as a Salesforce Developer or a related occupation. Additional Information: The anticipated salary range for this position is $125,000-130,000. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
