Beyond that, here's how you'll make your mark: Partner with creative directors, copywriters and art directors to define and translate strategies into effective visual communication. Develop print and digital design systems that challenge the status quo. Champion, define and implement unique design solutions across print and digital media. Conceive of original ideas that bring simplicity and clarity to complex design challenges. Across 4+ years of experience. Expert-level knowledge in design best practices. Strong concept development. Solid verbal and written presentation skills. Strong creative problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of composition, color, imagery, typography and all that jazz. Self-motivated, team player. Ability to successfully self-manage time, process, and workflow within tight deadlines. Passion, curiosity, and understanding for all things creative. Able to deliver creative thinking during brainstorming sessions, creative reviews, and project kick-off meetings. Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs, mockups to visualize ideas. Work on creative production tasks, like image retouching, illustration, infographics, business presentations, GIF animations, image cuts, copy & design updates, technical production. Work closely with creative, marketing and development specialists, always striving to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions. Responsible for creating brand-on, strategy-on compelling creative deliverables. Direct all phases of creative work from concept through production, executing all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering. May serve as a creative lead and manage creative teams on major accounts. Qualifications Great experience in the Digital industry for at least 7 years. Advanced English Level minimum B2. Experience as Art Director, working in different design fields, including creating concepts using storytelling to develop them. Must have a portfolio of professional design projects that includes a wide variety of digital design work. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Office suite, InVision, Keynote. Experience with Sketch, Figma and Adobe XD. #J-18808-Ljbffr
