The Search & Business Chat Analytics and Monitoring Team within the Substrate Intelligence Science Organization is at the forefront of ensuring monitoring and analytics for Business Chat Copilot for quality of responses, utilizing advanced LLM-powered metrics for active and passive monitoring as well as tracking metric movement to assess quality of business chat copilot. This role will be based in LATAM. As a Senior Applied Scientist, you will be responsible for designing quality checks that evaluate Business Chat Copilot features across different flights, builds, and rings. Additionally, you will process and analyze vast amounts of customer traffic data from MDP, MSIT, and WW environments, producing valuable insights that will drive enhancements in product performance and user experience. You will directly influence the quality of Business Chat Copilot and impact teams across multiple regions. Key qualifications include a deep understanding of LLMs, expertise in anomaly detection, and experience building and maintaining robust machine learning pipelines.
