Title and Summary The Global Business Service Center (GBSC), Collateral team is looking for a Senior Analyst, Risk Management to drive our customer experience strategy forward by innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset. Role Preparation and review of security agreements and stand-by letters of credit. Preparation of documents for banking purposes. Assists with updating credit risk management tools and supporting automation of collateral activity. Assists with ad hoc reporting and special requests. Assist with SOX and year-end audits. Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams like treasury, tax, legal, and 3rd party banking institutions. Partner with Risk Management team to identify business opportunities and deliver solutions. Identify opportunities to improve the collateral process. Take complete ownership of tasks assigned. Proactively handle emails and respond to queries from various teams. All About You Minimum graduation degree. Able to conduct business in both Portuguese and English. Working experience with Excel, PDF, and Word documents. The ideal candidate should: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of collateral. Deliver accurate analytical support in a timely manner. Have extensive experience dealing with external customers. Demonstrate experience in handling collateral documents. Balance controls & compliance focus with efficiency.
