Director, Marketing Data Analytics or Director, Marketing Performance and Operations We are looking for a Senior Marketing Data Analytics Manager or Director to take ownership of our marketing data lifecycle and build out our analytics and reporting strategy. In this role you will be responsible for creating and delivering insights from data to the rest of the Marketing and Go-To-Market leadership teams. Responsibilities: Collect and analyze data from DemandGen, Digital and Product Marketing, Sales, Channels, Finance, and Product teams to identify targeted areas for action, quantify costs and forecast full funnel metrics and ROI. Prepare insight reports to the senior leadership team to identify organizational roadblocks and communicate progress on active initiatives. Prepare weekly and deep dive data analysis and reporting dashboards and insights to drive marketing performance optimization. Support FP&A monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting efforts as the lead Marketing representative. Establish reporting views and procedures for tracking performance of operational metrics to run and optimize the business of marketing. Track and report on implementation progress of initiatives previously approved by the senior leadership team. Create communications plans for sharing details on marketing results, budget allocation and execution, new projects and initiatives with Marketing team members. Coordinate the quarterly and annual Marketing goal setting process, QBRs and weekly demand reviews. Proactively explore data to deeply understand the prospect, partner, and customer experiences with respect to Marketing and overall Go-To-Market activities. Support cross-functional projects with ad hoc analyses and development. Execute deep dive analysis to identify reasons for operational or performance under or over performance to drive continual optimization of results and impact. Requirements: BA/BS Bachelor's Degree; MBA a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing analytics, marketing operations, project management, or consulting. Experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker, InsightSquared, etc.). Ability to communicate cross-functionally (both verbally and written) to share analysis insights with stakeholders across the organization. A systems thinker who understands the impact that decisions can have both up and downstream and is familiar with how different parts of the business operate and connect to each other. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to set and adhere to deadlines and move projects forward with minimal supervision. An individual who thrives in ambiguity and project-based work that will change frequently, depending on the needs of the company. Experience in strategic budget planning, allocation and tracking in high-growth marketing and sales environment. Strong results-driven project management skills, detail orientation and an ability to manage multiple priorities. History of cross-functional collaboration with teams such as sales, finance, analytics and product. Experience with digital marketing and digital analytics tools (Google Ads, Google Analytics, etc.).
