Job Title: Senior Administrative Coordinator to Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean Job Summary: The Center for Reproductive Rights is seeking a highly skilled Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide exceptional support to the Vice President, Latin America and the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the Vice President's schedule, preparing for meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Vice President's calendar and schedule, ensuring timely and effective use of their time. Prepare for meetings by researching topics, drafting briefing memos, and coordinating with other departments. Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Develop and maintain processes and templates for scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel coordination. Provide administrative support to the Vice President, including responding to emails, making travel arrangements, and preparing documents. Work closely with the LAC team and other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Requirements: Minimum 8 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a senior management role. Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
