Job Overview: As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting. Your responsibilities include overseeing invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, and financial reporting. Your expertise will be vital in supporting informed financial decisions and enhancing operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Oversee invoicing processes and ensure accuracy in financial records. Manage accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely transactions. Develop and manage budgeting processes, offering insights for cost control. Utilize QuickBooks for accounting tasks and financial reporting. Maintain and update CRM systems to track financial interactions. Prepare and present monthly financial reports to leadership. Identify and implement improvements for financial processes. Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and compliance. Assist in financial forecasting and strategic planning. Address financial issues and concerns promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (Masters preferred). Minimum of 3.5 years of accounting experience. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and accounting skills. Solid understanding of GAAP and relevant regulations. Proficient in QuickBooks and other accounting software. Experience with audit preparations (CPA or CMA preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Nice-to-Haves: Experience in a similar role within a growing organization. Proven ability to develop and implement financial processes.
