The Role

You will be responsible for :

- Prepare timely and accurate consolidated Financial Statements and assist with the month-end close process.
- Manage the external audit, and provide timely information to external auditors.
- Help build and maintain accounting policies and procedures in accordance with US GAAP.

- Partner with external advisors to ensure compliance with monthly, quarterly, and annual tax fillings as required.
- Reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts timely and accurately.
- Implement internal controls.
- Partner with different departments to build scalable processes to support the company's growth.

Ideal Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
- 5 to 7 years of direct experience in Accounting and 2 years of experience in the role.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality concerning client financial data.
- Excellent interpersonal skills. Demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on and comfortable working in the fast-paced environment of a startup.

Preferred requirements for the Role :

- Experience managing consolidation of multinational entities.
- Fintech industry knowledge.
- Experience preparing accounting memos.

- Understanding of US GAAP and experience with the US market.
