Room4 Media is currently seeking an Account Manager with at least 3 years of experience to join our team. As a DMS, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing inbound marketing strategies and paid advertising campaigns on social media & Google. English proficiency and proven experience are required. Candidates preferably need to be available for an immediate start.
What you will do: Work closely with an Account Director and Project Managers, ensuring work is on brief and on track for delivery.Build client relationships with mid-level clients, mainly Associate Brand Managers and Brand Managers.Keep up to date with industry news and best practices on social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat).Stay informed on industry innovations that the clients can learn from and share with the team, leading to potential business opportunities.Own status meetings and stakeholder brand calls.Creative Development Process: Work with the internal team and project manager throughout the creative process, from creative brief through final delivery.Take in client feedback, assess the best way to move forward, and make key decisions and recommendations.Communicate feedback and steps clearly and succinctly, both internally and externally.Support creative teams and make recommendations to best communicate the client needs.Production: Work closely with production, creative team, and internal project managers throughout the sprint production cycle.Partner with the client throughout the process, guiding and educating where necessary.Understand budgets, what's realistic, and when to be scrappy to bring efficient solutions to the brand.Project Finance & Admin: Scope projects, produce estimates and purchase orders, and manage billing and reconciliation.Maintain and manage project budgets, ensuring projects are delivered within scope for assigned brands.What you need: 3+ years of experience working at an advertising agency or marketing firm.3+ years of experience in a client-facing capacity, from handling client queries to taking full and conclusive briefs.3+ years of experience managing multichannel campaign projects through the creative process, ensuring they are on strategy, on time, and on budget.Thrive in a self-directed environment while recognizing when team collaboration is necessary.Experience as a direct liaison between the brand marketers and the creative team.Able to work collaboratively with all agency departments and the client.Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.What we offer: At Room4 Media, we believe in not only providing meaningful work but also fostering a supportive environment that empowers our team members.
