As a Talent Attraction Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, engaging, and securing exceptional talent. Requirements for this challenge: Ensuring the entire selection process for tech roles, ensuring an efficient hiring experience. Ability to create and work with indicators and interest in using artificial intelligence seeking even greater quality in processes. Providing support for people-related demands, fostering a positive work environment. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet the constantly evolving demands of business growth, actively contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Working closely with clients to define and implement effective strategies to attract individuals who align with the organizational culture and values of the company. Responsibilities: +3 years of experience (end-to-end) in selection processes for technology professionals. Enjoys working with people and has experience in recruitment and selection. Experience in screening CVs through specialized websites and actively searching for candidates. Experience in promoting job opportunities.
