Responsibilities: Provides Tier 2 and Tier 3 support and assists with some project implementation within the networking environment. Successful provisioning as well as supervision of installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware, software, and related infrastructure. Installation of new systems, rebuilding existing systems, configuration of hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc. in accordance with customer/government standards. Configuration management of Local Area Networks (LANs), Wide Area Networks (WANs), network segments, and Internet and Intranet systems to ensure operability. Installation and maintenance of network hardware and software, analyze problems, and monitor networks to ensure their availability to users. Maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots within the roles of Incident Management (Return-to-Service) and/or Problem Management (Reason for Outage). Evaluates a system's performance and identifies user needs based on approved software per customer specifications. Supports acquisition of hardware and software as well as subcontractor services as needed. Ensures all design decisions are evaluated analytically and in a systematic manner in accordance with approved technical approaches, processes, and procedures. You will be successful in this role if you have: Qualifications: Solid knowledge in LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN technologies. Cisco Expert. Solid knowledge of network security and its devices and components. Experience in consulting and managing network and security projects. Experience in the preparation, management, and execution of media and highly complex network and security projects. Experience in managing local and onsite support teams. Client-facing skills including project presentations, monthly reports and single point of contact for the client. Minimum experience of 8 years in the areas of support, consultancy, and network and security design in medium and large 24x7 critical environments. Experience in managed services supporting network and corporate security infrastructures, Datacenter, NOC, and SOC. Complete higher education in a technological area. Advanced English skills. Ability to work and develop projects with global teams. Availability for travel and occasional work outside of business hours and on weekends and on duty.
