Self-Contained Teacher

Requisitos: Bilingual school seeking self-contained primary teacher. We are seeking a passionate and committed self-contained primary teacher with at least 5 years of teaching experience, eager to learn and implement the unique methodologies of our institution. The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a deep dedication to student development, and the ability to build positive relationships with students and parents. A successful teacher in this role will demonstrate excellent classroom management, adaptability to meet diverse learning needs, creativity in lesson planning, and a collaborative team spirit. Strong communication skills, patience, and a love for continuous professional growth are also essential. Responsibilities: Work one-on-one with students to set personal goals and develop learning plans based on their needs. Hold regular class meetings where students can discuss any issues, share ideas, or talk about ways to improve the classroom environment. Encourage students to work in pairs or small groups on projects or discussions. Incorporate art activities to allow students to express creativity while reinforcing lesson content.
