Responsibilities: Responsible for the detailed management of the property's Security and Health Safety Team, ensuring it conforms to all relevant security policies.Responsible for the detailed production of the Local Security Policies and Procedures, and Crisis/Emergency Plans, including obtaining appropriate input on local laws or similar requirements.Responsible with the General Manager for ensuring that baseline security measures deliver the intent contained in the guidance sections.Responsible with the General Manager for ensuring that risk-based security measures deliver a security posture that is matched to security risk.Conducting a security risk assessment, at least once a year and on an 'as required' basis.Ensuring that the property's Local Security Policies and Procedures are aligned with local law, and any local Health and Safety legislation.Forming strategic and working level relationships with local law enforcement, emergency response and other security stakeholders.The approval of job descriptions for individual members of the Security Department.Ensuring the delivery of appropriate security and safety training to the Security and other relevant Departments.Preferred Qualifications and Skills: Previous Security experience preferred, especially in a luxury environment.Must have strong communication skills, and ability to adapt to constant change within the Hotel.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Must be able to work as part of a team.Good communication skills - Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language.What to Expect: Dynamic Employee Culture where you are encouraged to be your true self!Inclusive and diverse employee engagement events all year-round.Exclusive discount and travel programs with Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.Comprehensive learning and development programs to help you master your craft.And so much more!FOUR SEASONS HOTELS & RESORTS Four Seasons is dedicated to perfecting the travel experience through continual innovation and the highest standards of hospitality.
