SD Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Legal Counsel to join our core team. Responsibilities: Support the activities of all business units. Manage standard incoming inquiries. Draft and review agreements. Research and gather information on legislation in other jurisdictions. Corporate work. Privacy issues support. Ensuring that SD Solution complies with applicable laws and regulations. Work is daily from the office a minimum of 4 times per week. Lead the onboarding/off-boarding process. Requirements: 2+ years in an international (preferably IT) company. 2+ years of experience in a legal role. Proficiency in agreement drafting and revision, as well as corporate legal work. Strong business communication skills in English (C1). Proven expertise, deep understanding, and knowledge of privacy-related issues. Result-oriented mindset, excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills. Flexibility and proactivity, coupled with the ability to drive processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
