We are looking for an IT Talent Sourcer / CRM Administrator to join our dynamic team at SD Solutions. This role involves not only sourcing incredible IT talents but also managing and maintaining our internal CRM systems to streamline recruitment processes and ensure optimal talent management. Requirements : Around 1 year of sourcing experience in IT (preferred). Experience sourcing candidates using Boolean search, and X-Ray through various channels. Familiarity with CRM systems for managing and organizing candidate data. Ability to manage and configure CRM tools to enhance recruitment operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to dynamically switch between tasks, prioritize them, and meet deadlines. Experience in pipeline management and maintaining data integrity in the CRM. Ability to generate work processes, reports and insights from the CRM for team use. Workload: 70% talent sourcing 30% CRM administration. Responsibilities : Source candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, employee referrals, internet searches, etc.). Collaborate closely with the Senior Recruiter, using different sourcing techniques to maintain an active candidate pipeline. Manage and maintain the CRM system to ensure all candidate information is up to date and properly categorized. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on strategies for stronger customer connections. Generate analytics on talent pipelines using the CRM system. Ensure the smooth integration of CRM tools into daily recruitment processes. Support CRM-related troubleshooting, upgrades, and training sessions for the team.
