For this, we seek to integrate a Scrum Master into our team. Requirements & Responsibilities Technical or university professional in Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related careers. Have a Scrum Master Certification (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org). Knowledge of software development. Knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Design Thinking, Scrum, Kanban, scaled agility models, and business agility. Knowledge of Agile frameworks. Advanced English (desirable). Knowledge of adoption of team management tools and projects (Jira, SQL, and NoSQL Database). Knowledge and experience in project management.
