Join our team as a school-based Wraparound Social Worker, where you'll play a pivotal role in creating positive change. As the Social Worker in our team, you'll lead impactful Child and Family Planning Meetings, ensuring your dynamic facilitation contributes to positive outcomes. Your role extends beyond traditional case management; you'll forge collaborative partnerships with county and community stakeholders, providing comprehensive support to families in need. Services for families will take place in-person within the San Rafael community. Seneca offers weekly individual and group supervision towards licensure hours, free CEUs, free trainings to improve clinical skills, and yearly scholarship opportunities for professional development. ABOUT MARIN NORTH BAY SCHOOLS PARTNERSHIP School Wraparound is a community-based program in partnership with Marin County school districts that provides time-limited, family-centered, strengths-based, and outcome-oriented mental health services to students and families struggling to succeed in mainstream school settings. Responsibilities:
Lead Child and Family Planning Meetings, handling preparation, attendance coordination, facilitation, and timely distribution of notes Manage case coordination and care, ensuring comprehensive support Collaborate with county and community partners, such as social workers, probation officers, therapists, psychiatrists, and teachers Thoroughly document mental health notes, Family Team Meeting notes, Wrap Action Plan, incident reports, and other necessary documentation Intervene in clients' behavior management programs and provide crisis management as required Attend team meetings, weekly trainings, individual and group supervision Adhere to clinical best practices and complete clinical documentation, assessments, and treatment planning Participate in emergency on-call response once every quarter Utilize crisis communication and de-escalation techniques per Seneca's crisis response training

Qualifications:
REQUIRED Masters degree in social work/psychology/counselingRegistered with California BBS: ASW, AMFT, APCC, or full licensedFlexible schedule with the ability to work some evenings and weekend hours as neededBe part of a rotating emergency on-call system, scheduled ahead of timeMust be at least 21 years of ageValid driver's license, clean driving record, and insurability through Seneca Family of Agencies insurance policyTB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and any other state/federal licensing or certification requirementsProof of up-to-date COVID-19 vaccinationPREFERRED Bilingual in Spanish/EnglishExperience working with children in out-of-home careExperience implementing family-focused wraparound servicesSKILLS OF AN IDEAL CANDIDATE Good organizational and writing skillsAbility to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamAbility to work with a diverse population

Schedule:
Full-time; Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pmFlexible schedule with ability to work evenings, scheduled ahead of time1 week availability for on-call emergency response, once every quarter

Benefits:
