About the job Evening Scheduler - Colombia ONLY - Remote This is a full-time position for a Colombian looking for a flexible online job to do from home that is not that demanding. You must be available on weekdays from 11AM to 7PM Pacific time. You do not have to sit at your computer the whole time, but you do need to check-in frequently and respond quickly to occasional requests on your computer or phone. Your job is to receive emails and written messages from clients and colleagues who want to schedule a meeting with advisors or lawyers in the company. You need to read the requests carefully and interact politely with clients in English over email or phone to schedule them in a way that balances company needs and their needs. This position is great for anyone who likes communicating clearly over email to optimize how meetings fit into a schedule. This is not a good job for someone who wants to talk with people every day at work. Despite daily email interactions with dozens of people, there is very little live interaction with others in this role. Here are more details about the role: Expect to schedule 7 or more meetings every weekday. Expect to email with nice, smart clients who are very busy and do not respond quickly sometimes. Expect several rules about what is OK to schedule and what is not and when. Expect to collaborate with your colleagues to make sure everything is going right. Expect to collaborate with other schedulers daily to share work. Expect not to talk much with other people at work unless you take on extra projects, which you are welcome to but not required to do. Expect to be asked to do admin work to prepare for meetings. Expect to make mistakes and learn from them and receive gratitude from the company for your work. Expect to handle situations quickly where meeting participants make last-minute changes or are late to meetings. Expect the company to provide all your necessary hardware and software. Our company is 12 years old. We are a small but well-run company with modern processes and software. We use Microsoft Outlook and Calendar. Our clients are primarily medical doctors in the USA. This job would be familiar to you if you have scheduled meetings for others in Microsoft Outlook, such as a virtual assistant, executive assistant, secretary, receptionist, administrative assistant, project manager, or coordinator.
