Job Summary Ability to manage Value to Market projects and support execution of innovation projects (Strategic Initiatives, technical or creative programs, platforms). Good level of execution with ability to partner with SDM´s and Senior SDM´s in developing compelling strategies around Holistic Scent Design. Responsibilities / Description INTERMEDIATE - Begins to be knowledgeable in a particular brand's market/product offering footprint. Can draw conclusions from market trends and build into learning hypotheses for product design and/or consumer understanding. Begins to map out market products into category benefit spaces. Defines what the key insights are. (PRODUCT PERFUMERY CULTURE, FRAGRANCE DESIGN (HSD), CONSUMER CENTRICITY TECHNICAL LEARNING). BASIC - Completion of the SDM HSD training program. Demonstrates the ability to understand the principals and activities needed within the framework. (LEADERSHIP, COACHING AND MENTORING). Requirements Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, chemistry, or business. Preferred Masters in Fragrance and/or Business. Good olfactive expertise (candidates required to complete internal smelling test). Minimum 1-3 years of Fragrance Industry and evaluation experience. Internal promotion from Scent Design Trainee or similar level in other related functions.
