Tasks Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs Good understanding of source system data integration requirements and design and configure data models and inbound integrations and identifies dependencies and resource requirements.
Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
Demonstrate cross functional leadership i.e.
ability to look at the end-to-end process and understand how it fits together.
Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
Design, customize, configure and testing of FI/CO modules.
Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
Requirements English level B2 Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
SAP S/4HANA Implementation: Lead & Support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of SAP S/4HANA modules related to finance and controlling along with experience in system configuration, customization, testing, and support.
Certification in SAP S/4HANA Finance or Controlling is desirable.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams and levels of the organization.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in driving change and leading project teams.
Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, propose solutions, and implement process improvements effectively.
