Job Description The SAP Integration Senior Analyst will work with business customers, users, technical architects, and application designers to define the functional business process requirements for the SAP system within a designated functional area. This position will provide full life-cycle support, as well as creating system documentation, including operating procedures, functional and technical design specifications, and technical support documentation. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES Works with business stakeholders and delivery managers to understand business requirements in detail. Serves as primary IT contact and lead role for customer-facing projects. Leads the transitioning requirements and use cases to the designers, ensuring a clear and complete understanding of the requirements are passed on. Translates requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing. Participates in quality reviews, including management and peer level, as outlined in the verification and validation overview, particularly reviews of the designs, prototypes, and other requirements work products to ensure they fulfill the requirements. Troubleshoots, debugs, and tests existing solutions to ensure business continuity. Collaborates with other IT teams for integration, development, and cross-functional requirements. Effectively utilizes new and existing technology to design solutions that are fit for purpose in supporting the needs of the commercial and order to cash organization. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced English language proficiency (C1). Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT supporting business-enabled processes in commercial and order to cash processes in SAP. Broad experience with end-to-end full life cycle SAP implementation. Ability to lead project teams, serving as primary IT contact for customer-facing projects. Ability to design, build, and test requirements based on input gathered from a global business team. Ability to stay informed of the latest SAP advancements and best practices to continually enhance our processes.
