Objectives of the Position: Serve as the SAP Production planning and Quality management specialist, liaising between Business Operations and Information Technology (IT) to provide value-adding business solutions to meet organization needs. This person should have subject expertise in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management. They will have a proven ability in SAP solutions design and hands-on configuration and collaborate across all levels of the company. Responsibilities: Manage the relationships between IT and Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, and related departments – prioritizing business needs and technical changes. Build, implement and deliver technical solutions in SAP and support strategies relating to each functional area of Operations. Facilitate planning sessions with Operations business partners to create and implement process improvement. Develop, facilitate and execute Testing and Integration plans. Analyze and communicate stakeholder needs by translating business requirements into software solutions. Analyze business processes and recommend solutions or improvements that can be accomplished through new technology or alternative uses of existing technology. Collaborate with Business Managers, internal and external stakeholders to analyze business and user needs and to deliver necessary documentation (use cases, user stories, functional requirements specifications, UI designs, mockups, workflows, etc.) Manage and lead delivery of technical solutions as well as process improvements. Provide support for development and test teams during testing cycles. Provide end user support and train users on newly delivered functionality. Create and edit configurations and integrations to support Operations business processes. Required Experience: Proficient in SAP Production Planning module: Materials requirements planning Production planning and scheduling Work center capacity evaluation and planning Production order execution (MTO/MTS) Understanding of order settlement and support experience Co-products processing Variant configuration Proficient in SAP Quality Management module (Plus): QM in manufacturing QM in procurement Experience with Quality Planning and Quality Inspection processes Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; MBA a strong plus. Oil and Gas Service or related experience is preferred. Familiarity with businesses delivering products and services to rig sites globally. Minimum 3 years' experience with SAP, hands-on configuration of manufacturing (PP), quality management (QM) modules with a mixture of customer support and new implementation (at least 2 implementations). Demonstrated ability to successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously across all levels in an organization. Experience with deployments of mobile applications and RFID technologies is a plus. Must have an Advanced English Level. #J-18808-Ljbffr
